Comprehensive Solar Services
We support photovoltaic projects from origination through financing, construction, and operation — and we work on plants already in the ground as well as new ones. Clients engage us as turnkey EPC contractor, or for a single package under a main contractor: engineering only, procurement only, construction only, DC field, trackers and mechanical, MV/HV works, or storage balance of plant. Global engineering standards, local execution partners, one accountable counterparty.
Development
We take a project from an idea about a site to a package that can be financed and built: land control, grid connection studies, government and utility permitting, feasibility, and regulatory compliance — greenfield or brownfield.

Financing
We structure and raise project finance for EPC clients and IPP sponsors, covering both debt and equity, and manage the process through due diligence to financial close. We have secured 100% non-recourse long-term debt for projects in Japan.

Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)
We build high-voltage and super-high-voltage plants and C&I installations on a turnkey or unbundled basis, managing design, procurement, and construction — or any part of that scope. We also repower, repair, optimize, and hybridize plants that are already operating.

Owner's Engineering

Where We Are Growing
Current Focus Markets
We are expanding our project portfolio and our EPC footprint in the markets where our experience travels best: where we already have people, partners, and a licensing position.
Greenfield Pipeline in Japan
We are developing a 60+ MWp greenfield pipeline across Honshu and Hokkaido, assessing technical and economic feasibility for both solar PV and battery energy storage. The target is utility-scale high-voltage and super-high-voltage projects, developed alongside financing partners.
EPC and Sub-EPC in Japan, Spain, Portugal, and the Philippines
We continue to act as an EPC and sub-EPC partner across Japan, Spain, Portugal, and the Philippines, on turnkey and unbundled scopes, including repowering, optimization, hybridization, and repair, delivered through local partnerships and joint ventures.
Repowering and Hybridization of Operating Assets
A large share of the solar fleet built during the first subsidy cycle is now a decade old and was designed without storage. We assess operating plants for repowering, optimization, and hybridization, and deliver the resulting works as EPC — including adding battery storage to plants already connected to the grid.
New Markets
We are evaluating opportunities in markets where recently awarded capacity carries mandatory storage and short construction deadlines. These conditions favor both our PV and BESS delivery experience.
